We've launched an enhancement to the IMDb Parents Guide dataset, which now includes free-text descriptions of adult/potentially-harmful on-screen content and themes within the following categories:
  1. Sex & Nudity
  2. Violence & Gore
  3. Profanity
  4. Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking
  5. Frightening & Intense Scenes
The dataset will continue to include the user votes on severity ratings (None, Mild, Moderate, or Severe) for the same five categories. If you would like to evaluate the new version of the Parents Guide dataset, please email imdb-licensing-support@imdb.com

Title Essential v2 updated with eight keyword categories: subgenre; plot-detail; plot-timeframe; other; adult-only; potentially-offensive; character; and title-display. Some keywords are reclassified into new/different keyword categories. In addition, plotLong will be excluded from the fallback logic to populate the plot field. plotLong will still be included in the dataset as a standalone field, but it will not populate plot automatically in the event that plotShort and plotMedium are not available.
